NanOZ is a pre-optimized and non-viral drug delivery nanosystems based on lipidic mixture engineered to efficiently encapsulate and deliver nucleics acids and APIs. The LNPs platform service includes: design and formulation, regular characterizations (size distribution, charge surface, encapsulation efficiency, nucleic acid/APIs concentration and sterility) downstream processes. For nucleic acids, storage at -80°C and shipping in dry ice and for other APIs storage and shipping are defined in accordance with the properties of the molecule to encapsulate. Supplemental analytical technics could be added upon request (e.g. CryoTEM, SEM, LC-MS, HPLC…).
