STEPS TO FOLLOW

1. Register for an account or sign in to your account.

2. Find the products you need.
To browse or search for a specific product, you have several options:

  • Use the "Reagent Finder".
  • Browse by categories using the navigation at the top of home page.
  • Have a look at our online catalog for a view of all of our products.
  • Use the technical ressources section to help you decide (publications list, FAQ...).

3. Add products to your cart, review your cart when you’re ready to order.
If you have one, enter a promo code in voucher section.

4. Proceed to checkout:

  • Select your address.
  • Select Shipping method via Fedex.
  • Select Payment or Order method.

5. Place your order:

You will receive an order confirmation by email. You can check your order status and follow your package with Fedex tracking number (sent with your order confirmation).

  • Credit card with Visa, Mastercard (for payment in €), Visa, Mastercard, Amex (for payment in $).

  • Purchase order (Enter your purchase order number, we will send you the invoice to the email address provided above).

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

If your order arrives outside our normal business hours, it will be quickly processed at the beginning of the next business day. For all orders received, OZ BIOSCIENCES will send a written confirmation by return e-mail or fax with the shipping date, expected day of arrival and carrier tracking number.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours and delivered in 2 days by FedEx to your laboratory.
