IVT Kit
Ready-to-use kit for production of non-capped RNA.
This kit is designed for the in vitro transcription (IVT) of your linear plasmid DNA or PCR fragment using the T7 polymerase with a yield of approximately 100 µg of RNA per µg of DNA template.
IVT kit is provided with sufficient reagents to perform 25 in vitro transcription reactions (20µl each).
Kit contents:
- pDNA template Control 1mg/ml
- T7 Enzyme mix, 50µl
- ATP (75mM), 50µl
- GTP (75mM), 50µl
- CTP (75mM), 50µl
- UTP (75mM), 50µl
- IVT 10X Buffer, 50µl
- DNase 1U/µl, 25µl
- Nuclease free water, 1ml
- Precipitation solution LiCl 7.5M, EDTA 0.5M pH8, 750µl
- Gel loading dye 2x 47.5% Formamide, 0.5 mM EDTA, 0.01% SDS, 0.01% SDS, 0.01% Bromophenol Blue, 0.005% Xylene Cyanol), 1ml
Material not provided with the kit :
- 70% ethanol for RNA washing.
- Nuclease-free buffer (1mM citrate buffer pH 6.4, TE buffer or RNAse-free water) for RNA resuspension.
Storage: Upon receipt and for long-term use, store the kit at -20°C. Kit’s components are stable for at least 1 year.
