Viral applications

Last week, we hosted our webinar on Viral Transduction Enhancers – Cell & Gene Therapy Applications.

First of all, we'd like to thank everyone who joined us for this session!

During this session, we go over different cell engineering approaches, share insights about our transduction enhancers LentiBlast Premium and AAVBlast, and present concrete examples of their applications in Research.

LentiBlast Premium and AAVBlast are patented chemical compositions designed to significantly improve respectively lentiviral and AAV infection and transduction efficiency in various cell types, including hard-to-transduce cells, like CD34+ stem cells and primary T cells. They work by neutralizing electrostatic repulsions between the cell membrane and viral particles and by facilitating viral fusion with the cell membrane. Nontoxic, LentiBlast Premium and AAVBlast allow efficient transduction with lower viral titers, maximizing cell viability and reducing costs.

Topics covered:

  • Cell engineering via virus infection.
  • Key features of LentiBlast Premium and AAVBlast.
  • Tips, Tricks and troubleshoot.
  • Examples of applications.

Webinar hosted by Cédric Sapet, Ph.D. and Sofia Muret, Head of Marketing from OZ Biosciences.

For those who couldn’t attend, the replay is now available:
