NanOZ LNP Liver
mRNA encoding FLuc formulated in LNPs designed for liver delivery.
NanOZ LNP Liver is a ready-to-use messenger RNA (mRNA) encoding Firefly Luciferase (FLuc), encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) optimized for nucleic acid delivery in the liver through intravenous injection.
The LNPs are monodisperse, produced through microfluidic technology with a narrow size distribution and a high encapsulation efficiency (>80%). They are designed to protect the mRNA from degradation and to facilitate its intracellular uptake. Expression kinetics can easily be assessed by measuring the bioluminescent signal.
The mRNA is modified with 5-methoxyuridine (5moU), capped at the 5' end (Cap1) and contains a poly(A) tail at the 3' end.
Concentration: 0.1 mg/mL (100 µg/mL) mRNA in LNPs
Buffer: PBS, 10% sucrose
