NanOZ LNP-saRNA FLuc
saRNA encoding FLuc formulated in lipid nanoparticles
NanOZ LNP-saRNA FLuc is a ready-to-use self-amplifying RNA (saRNA) encoding Firefly Luciferase (FLuc), encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) produced by microfluidic technology.
The LNPs are monodisperse, with a narrow size distribution and a high encapsulation efficiency (>80%). They are designed to protect the saRNA from degradation and to facilitate its intracellular uptake. Expression kinetics can easily be assessed by measuring the bioluminescent signal.
The saRNA is unmodified, capped at the 5' end (Cap1) and contains a poly(A) tail at the 3' end.
Concentration: 0.1 mg/mL (100 µg/mL) saRNA in LNPs
Buffer: PBS, 10% sucrose

- LNPSA20500: 0.5 mL (2 x 250 µL)
- LNPSA21000: 1 mL (4 x 250 µL)
- LNPSA25000: 5 mL (20 x 250 µL)
Storage: -80°C. We recommend minimizing freeze-thaw cycles to preserve LNP integrity.
