Another milestone for our transduction enhancer patent portfolio.
We are pleased to announce that our patent on modified poloxamers has now been granted in Australia.
Patent No. AU2020314617, “CATIONIC POLOXAMERS AND THEIR USE IN TRANSDUCTION,” covers our method for synthetically modifying poloxamers to confer additional biological properties, including their association with viral vectors such as lentivirus, AAV and adenovirus, as well as magnetic nanoparticles.
The patent covers the synthesis and use of several of our products, including LentiBlast™ Premium, AAVBlast™, ViroMag™ Stem and ViroMICST™ Stem.
This further expands our international intellectual property protection for our transduction enhancer technologies and strengthens our position in a strategic market.
A significant step forward as we continue to advance and protect our innovative technologies in cell and gene therapy.
