Mag4C-AD

Mag4C-Ad is designed for magnetic virus concentration. This kit is specifically developed for capturing, concentrating and storing adenoviruses. This kit is composed of 3 reagents allowing Magnetic Capture/Concentration, Elution and Conservation of Adenoviruses.

A Multipurpose Magnetic Separation Rack for 50, 15 or 1.5 mL tubes is also proposed. It can hold 12 standard microtubes, two 15 mL and two 50 mL tubes.

Mag4C-Ad magnetic nanoparticles capture viruses in culture media with 80-99 % efficiency:

  • Simple, Rapid & Ready-to-use
  • Concentration of viruses by magnetic capture in 30-45 minutes
  • High yield of viral capture and recovery
  • No need to process magnetic beads before capture
  • Avoid ultracentrifugation, precipitation and chemicals. Reduced handling steps of viruses
