NanOZ LNP-siRNA GFP
siRNA targeting GFP formulated in lipid nanoparticles
NanOZ LNP-siRNA GFP is a ready-to-use siRNA targeting GFP, encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) produced by microfluidic technology. The siRNA is a validated functional sequence against GFP, for use as a positive control for gene silencing in cells that express the reporter gene.
The LNPs are monodisperse, with a narrow size distribution and a high encapsulation efficiency (>80%). They are designed to protect the siRNA from degradation and to facilitate its intracellular uptake. GFP knockdown can be monitored by fluorescence.
Concentration: 400 nM siRNA in LNPs
Buffer: PBS, 10% sucrose

- LNP10250SIRNA1: 0.25 mL (5 x 50 µL)
- LNP10500SIRNA1: 0.5 mL (10 x 50 µL)
- LNP11000SIRNA1: 1 mL (20 x 50 µL)
Storage: -80°C. We recommend to minimize freeze-thaw cycles to preserve LNP integrity.
