LNP D-Lin-MC3-DMA
Lipid Nanoparticles with D-Lin-MC3-DMA ionizable lipid, available with siRNA targeting GFP, GAPDH or NT-Cy5.
LNP D-Lin-MC3-DMA are ready-to-use lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) loaded with siRNA, produced by microfluidic technology. They are formulated with the ionizable lipid D-Lin-MC3-DMA, which is also used in Onpattro (patisiran), an approved siRNA therapeutic for the polyneuropathy of hereditary transthyretin-mediated (hATTR) amyloidosis.
Three siRNAs are available: siRNA targeting GFP, siRNA targeting GAPDH and a Cy5-labeled non-targeting (scrambled) siRNA (NT-Cy5).
The LNPs are monodisperse, with a narrow size distribution and a high encapsulation efficiency (>80%). They are designed to protect the siRNA from degradation and to facilitate its intracellular uptake. siRNA targeting GFP or GAPDH allow the assessment of gene silencing efficiency, and the Cy5 label allows the detection of NT-Cy5 siRNA by fluorescence.
Concentration: 400 nM siRNA in LNPs
Buffer: PBS, 10% sucrose
Sizes for each siRNA-LNP:
- 0.25 mL (250 μL)
- 0.5 mL (2 x 250 µL)
- 1 mL (4 x 250 µL)
Storage: -80°C. We recommend to minimize freeze-thaw cycles to preserve LNP integrity.
