siRNA targeting GAPDH formulated in lipid nanoparticles.
NanOZ LNP-siRNA GAPDH is a ready-to-use siRNA targeting the housekeeping gene glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH), encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) produced by microfluidic technology. It is a positive control to assess knockdown efficiency and to benchmark delivery platforms.
The LNPs are monodisperse, with a narrow size distribution and a high encapsulation efficiency (>80%). They are designed to protect the siRNA from degradation and to facilitate its intracellular uptake. GAPDH knockdown can be assessed by quantifying GAPDH mRNA.
Concentration: 400 nM siRNA in LNPs
Buffer: PBS, 10% sucrose
Sizes:
Storage: -80°C. We recommend to minimize freeze-thaw cycles to preserve LNP integrity.
Shipping Conditions: Dry ice (Dry ice fee included in shipping cost).
This product is manufactured "on demand", which means that no stock is produced, so the expected delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks.
