We're delighted to share insights from a recent study entitled "An mRNA-encoded scFv antibody targeting the helix-α3 of HPV18 E7 oncoprotein as a novel antiviral strategy" published in mBio by Feng Han et al.

Congratulations to all the authors on this excellent article!

They identified a novel antiviral target on the HPV18 E7 oncoprotein and demonstrated that delivering antibody-encoding mRNA can effectively neutralize viral proteins and suppress tumor growth in vivo.

Our Ab-DeliverIN was used to transfect fluorescently labeled antibodies into HeLa cells, enabling the researchers to validate intracellular delivery and assess the inhibitory effects of these antibodies on cell proliferation.
