siRNA gene silencing

Last week, we hosted our webinar on siRNA-mediated gene silencing.

First of all, we'd like to thank everyone who joined us for this session!

During this session, we go over different solutions for RNAi applications, share insights about our transfection reagents Lullaby and SilenceMag, and introduce our custom LNP platform, working on siRNA LNP for in vivo applications.

Lullaby is a cationic lipid-based transfection reagent, non-toxic, versatile and efficient on multiple cell lines to reach up to more than 90% gene silencing. SilenceMag is its Magnetofection alternative designed for hard-to-transfect and/or primary cells. Both have been cited in hundreds of scientific articles, some of the results of which will be presented during this webinar.

Moreover, we introduce our LNP custom platform working on siRNA LNP for in vivo applications.

Topics covered:

  • Solutions for RNAi applications.
  • Key features of Lullaby and SilenceMag.
  • Tips, Tricks and troubleshoot.
  • Examples of applications.
  • Custom LNP Platform.

Webinar hosted by Cédric Sapet, Ph.D. and Sofia Muret, Head of Marketing from OZ Biosciences.
