NanOZ LNP-siRNA NT Cy5
Cy5-labeled scrambled siRNA formulated in lipid nanoparticles
NanOZ LNP-siRNA NT-Cy5 is a ready-to-use Cy5-labeled non-targeting (scrambled) siRNA, encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) produced by microfluidic technology. The scrambled sequence does not target any endogenous mRNA, so the siRNA serves as a negative control for tracking and imaging experiments.
The LNPs are monodisperse, with a narrow size distribution and a high encapsulation efficiency (>80%). They are designed to protect the siRNA from degradation and to facilitate its intracellular uptake. The Cy5 label allows the detection of the siRNA by fluorescence.
Concentration: 400 nM siRNA in LNPs
Buffer: PBS, 10% sucrose

- LNP10500SIRNA3: 0.5 mL (10 x 50 µL)
- LNP11000SIRNA3: 1 mL (20 x 50 µL)
Storage: -80°C. We recommend to minimize freeze-thaw cycles to preserve LNP integrity.
